PRODUCT DIRECTION

Start with a workflow
we know well.

Our planned customer-facing workspace will help small commerce teams turn approved product knowledge into reviewable content. It builds on the practical work of running our own brand and content channels.

Current foundations and next milestones.

Source-linked product drafts

A planned Claude API workflow that drafts from approved material, links claims to sources and highlights missing evidence for a reviewer.

After evaluation

External pilots and more formats

Evaluate the first workflow before inviting pilot users. Multilingual content and more formats are later milestones.

The first proposed customer workflow.

  1. 01

    Bring approved product information

Supply product specifications, source documents and brand writing rules.

  2. 02

    Generate a structured listing draft

Use the planned Claude integration to create titles and descriptions with references to the supplied sources.

  3. 03

    Resolve questions and approve

A reviewer checks unsupported claims, corrects the wording and approves an exportable draft.

Measure usefulness before expanding.

Planned evaluation measures include unsupported-claim rate, reviewer acceptance, editing time, latency and cost per approved draft. These are evaluation plans; no results or external customer traction are claimed.
